G.S.P.V. Parafrid - English

Last Sunday, a few members of Parafrid travelled to Gasselte for the riders health and posture clinic. During this educational clinic, our members had the chance to practice their balance on various moving discs and plates. After practising (and for some a few minutes of waiting) the moment was finally there... The Flexchair! With the help of this ingenious moving device and the knowledge of our professional Angelique, our postures were checked through various excercises. After the analysis our members received points of improvement and some exercises to improve their posture on the horse even more. It was a great afternoon.
